Whether you need to share updates, attach images or send urgent messages, Coast allows you to send comments in work orders to keep everyone informed in real time.

- From the home screen, click into the Work Orders workspace.
- Click into the work order that you want to leave a comment on.
- Type your comment in the Enter message box
, and click the Send button
to leave a comment on the work order. You can also attach additional pictures by clicking on the Camera button
.
- To leave an urgent comment, press the plus button
, and select Send as Urgent.
- A message will appear confirming that you want to send your comment as urgent. Press the Got It! button. Team members linked to the work order will receive a text message (SMS) and Coast notification marked as Urgent. Mention specific team members in the comment (by including @username), and only they will receive the message by SMS. Otherwise, everyone in the work order will receive your message by SMS.
- Press the red Send button
