Use Procedures to create customized forms that you can easily attach to work orders. Unlike the checklist field, you can further customize Procedures by adding fields for single select, multi select, long text, checkbox, and info text.
Steps to add a procedure to a work order:

- From the home screen, click into the Work Orders workspace.
- Find the work order that you want to edit.
- Select Procedure and choose the form you’ve created. If you don’t have an existing form to choose from yet, you can head over to your desktop and learn how to Create a New Sub Form.
- Click Save.
- On the left hand side, click into the Work Orders workspace.
- Find the work order that you want to edit.
