Tracking work order completion times in Coast is essential for understanding the efficiency of your maintenance operations. Two key reports provide valuable insights:
- Main Work Order Report: A comprehensive list of all work orders — active and completed — offering a full view of ongoing and past maintenance activities. This report helps you track work progress and completion status across your team.
- Work Order Time to Complete: This report specifically tracks the time taken to complete each work order, allowing you to measure efficiency, identify delays and pinpoint bottlenecks in your processes.
By leveraging these reports, you can gain actionable insights into your team’s performance, ensure timely work order completion and optimize your maintenance workflows.

- From the home screen, select the Work Orders workspace.
- Click on the workspace title
at the top of your screen.
- A menu will appear. Click on Workspace Details.
- Under Reports, select two reports: Main Work Order Report and Work Order Time to Complete reports.
- A new web page will open for each report. You can adjust your reports using the filters at the top of the page.
- To download the report, hover over the top-right corner of each table, click the three-dot icon
, and then click Download results
.
- Select .csv, .xlsx or .json for a spreadsheet.
- On the left-hand side, click on the Work Orders workspace.
- Click on the workspace title
