Have a work order that needs to be downloaded? Maybe you have a process that requires work orders to be printed or saved somewhere outside of Coast. Use our Download feature to quickly convert work orders (or any card) into a PDF format that you can print or save to your device.
Note: Access to Coast's reporting features is available exclusively to users on Pro and Enterprise plans.

- From the home screen, click into the Work Orders workspace.
- Select the Work Order you would like to download and click the three-dot icon
in the upper-right corner of the card.
- From the list of options, click Download.
- The PDF file should open up in a new browser window with options to share from your mobile device.
- On the left-hand side, click into the Work Orders workspace.
- Select the Work Order you would like to download and click the three-dot icon
- From the list of options, click Download.
- The PDF file should open up in a new browser window with options to Print or Download to your computer.
