Need to schedule a routine HVAC inspection or address an unexpected equipment repair? Create and edit work orders for all of your maintenance requests. For better tracking, you can also attach an asset, part and location to a work order.

- From the home screen, click on the Work Orders workspace. If you do not see this on your list, tap on the pencil icon
in the upper right-hand corner, click on New Workflow
, and select Maintenance Work Order Management
.
- Create a work order by clicking on the plus button
in the bottom-right corner.
- Fill in the details of the work order as needed, and click Create
in the top-right corner.
Note: The Title of the work order is required to create a work order. - To edit an existing work order, click on the work order, and find the field you want to update.
- Make desired edits in the corresponding fields.
- Click Save
in the top-right corner.
- On the left-hand side, click on the Work Orders workspace. If you do not see this on your list, tap on the pencil icon
