Generate an Asset Report

Your asset report shows the associated costs of work orders with their respective assets attached.

Note: Access to Coast’s reporting features is available exclusively to users on Pro and Enterprise plans.

  1. From the home screen, click into the Asset Management workspace.
  2. Click on the top middle.
  3. A menu will appear. Click on Workspace Details.
  4. Select Main Report under the Reports field.
  5. A new web page will open showing your asset analytics. You can adjust your report using the filters at the top of the page. 
  6. To download the report, hover over the top-right corner of each table, click the three-dot iconScreenshot 2024-12-07 at 1.29.15 PM.png, and then click Download resultsScreenshot 2024-12-07 at 3.40.05 PM.png.
  7. Select .csv, .xlsx or .json for a spreadsheet.
