Access your downtime report to analyze submitted downtime events and track total hours lost to breakdowns across all your assets.
Note: Access to Coast’s reporting features is available exclusively to users on Pro and Enterprise plans.

- From the home screen, click into the Asset Management workspace.
- Click on the top middle

- A menu will appear. Click on Workspace Details.
- Select Main Report under the Reports field.
- A new web page will open showing your asset analytics. You can adjust your report using the filters at the top of the page.
- To find your asset downtime analytics, scroll down to the table labeled Downtime, which displays a list of all submitted downtime cards and the total downtime hours accumulated. To download the report, hover over the top-right corner of the table, click the three-dot icon
, and then click Download results
.
- Select .csv, .xlsx or .json for a spreadsheet.
- On the left-hand side, click into the Asset Management workspace.
- Click on the workspace title
at the top of your screen.
