The reports for your parts inventory give you data such as your full inventory, parts that need restocking and total parts used.
Note: Access to Coast's reporting features is available exclusively to users on Pro and Enterprise plans.

- From the home screen, click into the Parts Inventory workspace.
- Click on the workspace titleat the top of your screen.
- A menu will appear. Click on Workspace Details.
- Select Main Report under the Reports field.
- A new web page will open showing your parts inventory analytics. You can adjust your report using the filters at the top of the page.
- To download the report, hover over the top-right corner of each table, click the three-dot icon, and then click Download results.
- Select .csv, .xlsx or .json for a spreadsheet.
- On the left-hand side, click into the Parts Inventory workspace.
