Work order reports offer a variety of insights tailored to your specific maintenance needs, allowing you to analyze trends, evaluate performance, and optimize processes. Once generated, reports can be customized with filters and downloaded in formats like .csv, .xlsx or .json for further analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
Note: Access to Coast's reporting features is available exclusively to users on Pro and Enterprise plans.

- From the home screen, select the Work Orders workspace.
- Click on the workspace title
at the top of your screen.
- A menu will appear. Click on Workspace Details.
- Select from any of the listed reports
- A new web page will open showing your work order analytics. You can adjust your report using the filters at the top of the page.
- To download the report, hover over the top-right corner of each table, click the three-dot icon
, and then click Download results
.

- Work Order Analysis Report: A comprehensive overview of work orders, including trends, performance metrics, and key insights, to help you evaluate the overall efficiency of your maintenance operations.
- Completed Report: Provides a comprehensive overview of the status of work orders, specifically focusing on completion rates and progress.
- Incomplete Report: Tracks incomplete work orders, highlighting overdue tasks and offering breakdowns by assignee, asset type, location, and category. Identifies bottlenecks to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Work Order Time to Complete: Tracks the time taken to complete each work order, helping you measure efficiency and identify any delays or bottlenecks in your processes.
- Work Order Time & Cost: Combines time tracking with cost analysis, showing the total labor hours and associated costs for each work order, ensuring better resource management.
- Work Order Priority Report: Provides an overview of work orders by priority level, breaking down tasks by asset, category, and asset type to help teams focus on critical maintenance.
- Main Work Order Report: A detailed report listing all work orders, both active and completed, offering a holistic view of ongoing and past maintenance activities.
- Work Order Status Report: Displays the current status of all work orders (e.g., open, in progress, completed), providing a real-time snapshot of your maintenance workflow.
