Advanced Asset Search & Filters

Easily customize how you view and manage your assets with advanced search and filtering tools.

Steps to Change Your Asset View:  

  1. From the home screen, click into the Asset Management workspace. 
  2. Tap on the top middle .
  3. Select from the following options:

    List View: Sort your assets by ID number, in descending order.
    Operational View: Group your assets by their operational status.
    Asset Hierarchy: Group your assets by their Parent Asset.
    Note: Table View and Board View are exclusively available through desktop.

Steps to Filter Your Assets:

  1. From the home screen, click into the Asset Management workspace. 
  2. Tap the three-dot icon   in the top-right corner.
  3. For advanced asset filtering, click the Filter option  , and filter your search based on your desired categories. Press Done to view your filtered results. To apply additional filters, click + Add filter . 

Steps to Change Your Asset View:

  1. On the left-hand side, click click into the Asset Management workspace. 
  2. In the top-right corner, click on List View dropdown button .
  3. Select from the following options:

    List View: Sort your assets by ID number, in descending order.
    Operational View: Group your assets by their operational status.
    Table View: View your assets as a table spreadsheet. 
    Asset Hierarchy: Group your assets by their Parent Asset.
    Board View: Group your assets by their operational status in board view.
    Add a view: Create your own view based on your custom asset needs.

Steps to Filter Your Assets:

  1. On the left-hand side, click click into the Asset Management workspace. 
  2. A series of view and filter options will appear under the workspace title . For advanced asset filtering, click the Filter option , and filter your search based on your desired categories. To apply additional filters, click + Add .
