Who Can Request Bulk Imports?
Bulk importing is available to customers on the Pro plan. If you’re on the free or Starter plan and would like to take advantage of this feature, consider upgrading to the Pro plan to unlock this and other powerful capabilities.
Preparing Your Asset Data
To ensure a smooth import process, we recommend organizing your asset data in a clear and consistent format using Excel or Google Sheets. Proper formatting is key to avoiding errors during the import.
Using Our Asset Template
For your convenience, we’ve created an asset import template to serve as a reference. The template is designed to help you structure your data properly, ensuring a smooth import experience. While not all fields are mandatory, including as much detail as possible will help create a comprehensive asset record:
- Asset Name (Required)
- Current Operational Status
- Location
- Manufacturer
- Model
- Asset Description
- Asset Category
- Serial Number
- Manufacture Date
- Purchase Date
- In Service Date
- Warranty Expiration Date
