Need to cancel your shift cover request? Just follow the steps below.
Steps to cancel a cover request:
Mobile
Desktop
- From the home screen, click into the Scheduler workspace.
- Tap on the top middle and select Shift Covers List View .
- Under Open, find the shift that you want to cancel a cover request for.
- Click into the shift, tap into Status, and change the status to Shift.
- Then click into Request type and change it to Assigned.
- Click Save on the top right corner.
- From the left hand side, click into the Scheduler workspace.
- On the top right corner, click on All Shifts (calendar) and select Shift Covers List View.
- Under Open, find the shift that you want to cancel a cover request for.
- Click into the shift, tap into Status, and change the status to Shift.
- Then click into Request type and change it to Assigned.
- Click Save on the top right corner.
