Follow the steps below to create your first schedule in Coast. While you can create a schedule on the mobile version, the desktop version allows you to create the schedule faster with a full weekly and monthly calendar, as well as a drag and drop functionality. Log in to our desktop version.
Steps to create a schedule in Coast:

- From the home screen, click into the workspace named Scheduler. If you do not see this on your list, tap on the pencil icon in the upper right hand corner , click on New Workflow, and select Work Schedule Calendar.
Note: Your Scheduler workspace may have a different name if you have renamed it. - Once the Scheduler is opened, you can create a shift by clicking on the big plus button on the bottom right corner or by clicking on the + button next to any day.
- Fill in the details of the shift and click Create. The Start Date, End Date, and Name of the Shift are required to create a shift.
Tip: Use the Roles field to categorize different shifts in your calendar. - Once you have the schedule set for the week, you can duplicate it to any future date as you like.
