Want to set it so that your team members can only see their time off requests and not anyone else's? You can do so by using our Roles.
Steps to change a user's role in Coast:

- From the home screen, click into the Time Off Request workspace.
- Tap on the top middle .
- Click into Workspace Details.
- Scroll down until you see Members and click into it.
- Find the users that you want to change role for and select the 3 dot icon next to their name.
- Select from Admin, Editor, Personal, and View Only. You should select Personal if you want your team members to only see their own requests.
Admin - Able to create, edit, comment on, view, and delete shifts.
Editor - Able to edit, comment on, view shifts. Not able to create new shifts or delete them.
Personal - Able to create, edit, comment on, view and delete shifts they have been assigned to or have created themselves.
View Only - Able to view shifts only. Not able to create, edit, comment on or delete shifts.
- On the left hand side, click into the Time Off Request workspace.
- Tap on the top middle
- Click on Members.
- Find the users that you want to change role for and select the 3 dot icon next to their name.
