In Coast, you can use the Role tags to organize all the different types of shifts you have on your schedule. With the role tags, you'll be ability to filter your schedule on any tags that you have.
Steps to update a role tag:
Mobile
Desktop
- From the home screen, click into the Scheduler workspace.
- Click on the + button
on the bottom right corner.
- Tap the Roles field.
- Click on the gear icon

- Tap the 3 dot icon
next to a tag you want to update.
- Make your update and click Save.
- On the left hand side, click into the Scheduler workspace.
- Click on the New button
on the top right corner.
- Tap the Roles field.
- Click on the gear icon
.
- Tap the 3 dot icon
next to a tag you want to change.
- Make your update and click Save.
