You can filter your work order list to see specific work orders based on the filters you choose.
Steps to filter your work order list:
Mobile
Desktop
- From the home screen, click into the Work Orders workspace.
- Tap the 3 dot icon on the top right corner.
- Select the Filters you want to include. You can choose from:

- Priority - filter your work orders by its high, medium, or low priority
- Category - filter by how you categorize your work orders
- Source - filter by external or internal forms
- Assignees - filter by the users assigned to the work orders
- Due Date - filter your work orders by the due date
- Vendor - filter by the vendors your work order are assigned to
- Asset - filter by the assets your work order are assigned to
- Location - filter by the locations your work orders are assigned to
Tip: If the selected filters do not show any work orders, try adjusting the chosen filters. Remove the filters one by one to see what filters do not work.
- On the left hand side, click into the Work Orders workspace.
- On the top right corner, click on Filter .
