Once you've created your work orders, they will be tagged as Open by default. Here’s how you can update a work order’s status to Pending Review, In Progress, On Hold and Complete.

- From the home screen, click into the Work Orders workspace.
- Click into the work order that you want to update.
- Press the Update Status button
and select from Pending Review, In Progress, On Hold and Complete.
- Press Save

- If you would like to add notes and additional images, click into the work order.
- Type your note in the Enter message field
and click the Send button
to attach it to the work order.
- You can also attach additional pictures by clicking on the Camera button
next to the messaging field.
- On the left-hand side, click into the Work Orders workspace.
- Click into the work order that you want to update.
- Press the Update Status button

- Press Save
