Once you've created your work orders, they will be tagged as Open by default. Here’s how you can update a work order’s status to Pending Review, In Progress, On Hold, and Complete.
Steps to update a work order:

- From the home screen, click into the Work Orders workspace.
- Find the work order that you want to update.
- Click on the Update Status button .
- Select from Pending Review, In Progress, On Hold, and Completed.
- If you would like to add notes and additional images, click into the work order.
- Type in your note in the text area and click the Send button to attach it to the work order.
- You can also attach additional pictures by clicking on the Camera button.
- On the left hand side, click into the Work Orders workspace.
- Find the work order that you want to update.
- Click on the Update Status button .
- Select from Pending Review, In Progress, On Hold, and Completed.
- If you would like to add notes and additional images, click into the work order.
- Type in your note in the text area and click the Send button to attach it to the work order.
- You can also attach additional pictures by clicking on the Image button.
