Every Coast account has an All Teams group. All members are automatically added to All Teams when they join your Coast account. This makes it a great place to share important messages and announcements that everyone should see.
Share what’s important
All members can see anything posted in All Teams, we recommend discouraging unnecessary messages. You can do a few things to help reinforce this.
- Rename the All Teams group
You can rename the group to something more descriptive, like announcements or notices to make it more clear what this group is for. - Mention everyone with @all to make sure everyone gets notified
You can check the read receipts to see who has read it and who has not. - Set a group description
Add a description to the All Teams group so your team understands what this is for.
