If a group is no longer relevant to you, you can choose to leave it at any time. This will remove the group from your list.
Steps to leave a chat group:
Mobile
Desktop
- From the home screen, open the chat group that you want to leave.
- Tap the name of the chat group in the top middle.
- Scroll down until you find your Name in the Members list.
- Tap the 3 dot icon
next to your name. - Click Remove from Conversation.
- From the left hand side of the home screen, open the chat group that you want to leave.
- Click the name of the chat group in the top middle.
- Scroll down until you find your Name in the Members list.
- Tap the 3 dot icon next to your name.
- Click Remove from Conversation.
