Add a New Chat Group

You can create as many chat groups as you like for your Coast account. Keep in mind that only the people that you invite to that group will be able to see it.

Steps to add a new chat group: 

Mobile
Desktop
  1. From the home screen, tap on the pencil icon plus_primary__1_.png in the upper right hand corner, click on New Group.
  2. Add the right team members to this group, click Next.
  3. Give the chat group a Name, add a description if needed, and add an image for the group icon.
  4. Click Create.
  1. On left hand side, tap on the pencil icon Desktop_Pencil_Icon_35x35.png in in the upper left hand corner, click on New Group.
  2. Add the right team members to this group, click Next.
  3. Give the chat group a Name, add a description if needed, and add an image for the group icon.
  4. Click Create.
