Add your team to the shift schedule workspace

Even through you've invited your team to your Coast account, you will also need to add them to the Schedule workspace in order to assign shifts to them.

Steps to add your team to the shift schedule:

  1. From the home screen, click into the workspace named Scheduler. If you do not see this on your list, tap on the pencil icon in the upper right hand corner plus_primary__1_.png, click on New Workflow, and select Work Schedule Calendar.

    Note - Your Scheduler workspace may have a different name if you have renamed it.
  2. Click on the top middle All Shifts (Calendar).
  3. A menu will appear, click on Workspace Details
  4. Scroll down until you see Members and click into it.
  5. Click Add New Member.
  6. Then click on the people that you want to add to the workspace. You can select multiple.
  7. Click Add on the top right corner.
  1. On left hand side, click into workspace named Scheduler. If you do not see this on your list, tap on the pencil icon in in the upper left hand corner Screenshot_2021-04-05_222104.jpg, click on New Workflow, and select the Work Schedule Calendar.

  2. Click on the People Icon mceclip0.png in the top middle.
  3. Then click on the people that you want to add to the workspace. You can select multiple.
  4. Click Add on the top right corner.
