Easily adjust the order of your fields to match the way you work. You might want related fields grouped together for quicker access, or less important fields moved toward the bottom to keep your layout clean and organized.
Note: Customization is only available in no-code workflows. If your workflow doesn’t have these options, you can reach out to our team to discuss migrating to one that does.
At this time, customization features are only supported on Desktop. Please log in to your Coast at app.coastapp.com.
How to Rearrange Fields:
Desktop
- Click on the Workspace Title at the top of your screen to access the Menu.
- Select Fields. This is where you can manage how the form appears to everyone who has access to the workspace.
- Find the field you’d like to reorder, then click and drag it to another place on the page. The other fields should shift to move out of the way. Keep rearranging until you are happy with the new order.
- Finally, click Save and your new field order will be saved.
