Fields that are no longer needed can be archived at any time. This helps keep your workflows clear and focused on only the information that matters.
Note: Customization is only available in no-code workflows. If your workflow doesn’t have these options, you can reach out to our team to discuss migrating to one that does.
At this time, customization features are only supported on Desktop. Please log in to your Coast at app.coastapp.com.
How to Archive a Field:
Desktop
- Click on the Workspace Title at the top of your screen to access the Menu.
- Select Fields. This is where you can manage how the form appears to everyone who has access to the workspace.
- Select the field you want to remove.
- Choose Archive from Field Config menu on the right side of the screen. The field will be moved to the bottom of the list in the "Archived" section.
- You can Unarchive a field from the bottom of the fields list using the Field Config menu.
- When you’re done making changes, click Save to update your form.
Notes:
- When a field is deleted, all values previously entered for that field will also be removed from existing cards.
- You can permanently delete a field once it is archived, but it can not be restored.
