Whoops! Accidentally sent a wrong message? It's possible to delete messages that you have sent in Coast.
Note: You are only able to delete messages that you have sent. You will not be able to delete messages that were sent by other members of your team.
Steps to delete a message:
Mobile
Desktop
- From the home screen, open the chat group with the message that you want to delete.
- Press and hold the message that you want to delete.
- Click Delete Message.
- Select Yes, Delete to finish.
Warning: Message deletion is permanent, so please delete with care!
- From the left hand side of the home screen, open the chat group with the message that you want to delete.
- Hover over the message that you want to delete.
- Click the trash can icon

- Click Ok to finish deleting your message.
