Keep your work order records accurate by viewing and editing timer logs with ease. Coast allows you to track logged time entries and make adjustments to ensure precise reporting of your maintenance activities.

- From the home screen, click into the Work Orders workspace.
- Select the desired work order.
- Scroll down and click on Work Order Time Tracking
. A list of all the logged time cards associated with this work order will appear.
- Click on the time card you want to review.
- To view detailed logs for that time entry, click the arrow in the Timer section
. All associated timer logs for the selected time card will be displayed.
- To edit a timer log, click on the timer log you want to update. Adjust the time or date by clicking the existing values and entering the new information.
- Click Done
to apply your edits.
- Press Save
on your time card.
- On the left hand side, click into the Work Orders workspace.
- Select the desired work order.
- Scroll down and click on Work Order Time Tracking

- Click on the time card you want to review.
