Track how much time your technicians are spending on each work order. With our time tracking feature, you can:
- Clock in and clock out each time you're working on a work order.
- Separate labor time, drive time, and any other time metric you want to track for each work order.
Steps to add time tracking:
Mobile
Desktop
- From the home screen, click into the Time Tracking workspace.
- Create a time card by clicking on the plus button on the bottom right corner.
- Fill in the details of the time card. You can add a Status, Employee name, Start time and date, Project, Work Order, Duration, Hourly Rate, Total Cost, Notes, and Upload a Picture.
- Click Create on the top right corner.
- On the left hand side, click into the Time Tracking workspace.
- Create a time card by clicking on the New button on the top right corner.
- Fill in the details of the time card. You can add a Status, Employee name, Start time and date, Project, Work Order, Duration, Hourly Rate, Total Cost, Notes, and Upload a Picture.
- Click Create on the top right corner.
