You can easily create repeating work orders over any time frequency that you want. This way, your team can schedule out important maintenance tasks.
Steps to create a preventive maintenance work orders:

- From the home screen, click into the Preventive Maintenance workspace.
- Click on the plus button
on the bottom right corner.
- Enter in your work order information.
- To make it repeat, click on Repeating Schedule.
- Select Specific Weekdays (Custom), choose the day that you want it to repeat on.
- Then select Single week
. A number
will appear and you can adjust it the time frame that you want your work order to repeat on.
- Repeating schedules end after 60 times by default. If you want to customize the end date, navigate to the Ends section and click On specific date.
- On the left hand side, click click into the Preventive Maintenance workspace.
- Click on the New button
on the top right corner.
- Enter in your work order information.
- To make it repeat, click on Repeating Schedule.
- Select Specific Weekdays (Custom), choose the day that you want it to repeat on.
- Then select Single week
