Share a work order request form with vendors, clients, or outside contractors so they can submit work orders via link or QR code.
At this time, customization is only supported on Desktop. Please log in to your Coast at app.coastapp.com.
Step by step Guide
1️⃣ Access Request Forms
- Click Work Orders & PMs on the left-hand side.
- At the top, click your workspace title.
- Select Request Forms from the dropdown.
Manage existing forms or create new ones for different locations, teams, or work types.
2️⃣ Create & Customize a Form
- Open an existing form or click Create New.

Settings:
- Rename the form (e.g., Facility One Work Order Request).
- Make fields required and pre-fill known details (e.g., Location → Facility One).

Layout:
- Add or unhide fields for requesters (e.g., Priority).
- Hide unnecessary fields (e.g., Requester Phone Number).
- Organize fields into sections:
- Click Add Section, rename it (e.g., Work Order Information), set Two Columns, and drag in fields (Title, Priority, File, Notes).
- Click Save for Everyone (top right) when done.
3️⃣ Share the Request Form
- Click the three-dot icon next to the form, then select Share.
- Toggle Create Public Link on.
- Share options:
- Copy Link to share as a URL.
- Download QR Code for scanning on any device.
💡 Tip: Print the QR code for easy scanning or add the URL to emails, intranet, or your website so requesters always know where to submit.
