Preparing for Your Implementation

An Implementation Plan is your launchpad for success with Coast. It’s where you’ll collaborate with your CSM to identify your priorities, define your objectives, and establish a tailored action plan. This meeting lays the groundwork for a smooth and impactful implementation.

Preparation is key to making the most of your Implementation. Here are some resources to gather ahead of time:

• Asset Details: A comprehensive list of your assets.
• Inventory Information: Current parts and supplies you manage.
• Locations: A list of locations you manage (parent locations, child locations, etc.)
• Maintenance Plans: Any schedules or templates for preventive maintenance.
• Vendor Records: Key information about your suppliers and service providers.

💡Tip: Email these details to the Coast team before your scheduled meeting. Sharing this information early allows us to tailor the session to your specific needs and objectives.

What Happens During Implementation?

During your implementation and setup, we’ll:

• Gather and set up your data (assets, locations, and others)
• Identify your objectives and workflow requirements
• Configure your Coast account to meet your workflow requirements
• Train your team to fully utilize Coast

Who Should Be Involved?

We recommend assigning a project lead from your team to oversee the Coast implementation. This person will serve as your company’s Coast expert, coordinate between your team and our CSM, and attend all implementation-related meetings.

Having a dedicated point of contact ensures consistency and streamlines the process.
