If you are experiencing issues with receiving push notifications on your phone, follow these steps to resolve the problem:
Step 1: Reinstall the Coast App
- Uninstall the Coast app from your device.
- Visit the Google Play Store (for Android) or the App Store (for iOS) and reinstall the Coast app.
- Open the Coast app and sign in to your account.
- When prompted with "Coast would like to send you notifications," click Allow.
- Check if you are receiving push notifications.
Step 2: Additional Steps for Android Users
If reinstalling the app did not resolve the issue, follow these steps:

Turn OFF notifications for the Coast app in the Android settings:
- Go to your device's Settings.
- Navigate to Apps & notifications.
- Find and select Coast.
- Turn OFF notifications.

- Uninstall the Coast app from your device.
- Visit the Google Play Store and reinstall the Coast app.
