If you signed in to Coast on the web but aren’t receiving push notifications for card updates and messages, you may have disabled notification permissions.
Steps to toggle your notification permissions:
- Make sure you are logged in to your Coast account on your browser.
- On the upper left corner of your screen, click on the lock icon right next to the URL.
- Click on the greyed out toggle icon next to Notifications to turn it on.
- A prompt to reload your page will appear. Click Reload.
