When a workspace is no longer needed, you can move it to the Organization Trash. If you change your mind, an organization Admin or Owner can restore it.

How to delete a workspace
Before you delete a workspace, keep in mind:
- The workspace is removed for everyone in your organization.
- The workspace moves to the Organization Trash.
- Anyone can delete a workspace, but only organization Admins or Owners can restore it.

In the left rail, click the workspace you want to delete. In this example, it's the Vendor Management workspace.

Click the workspace name at the top of the page to open Workspace Settings.

At the bottom of the Details page, click Advanced Options.

Click Move Workspace to Trash.

Click Delete to confirm. The workspace moves to the Organization Trash.
How to restore a deleted workspace
Before you restore a workspace, keep in mind:
- Only organization Admins and Owners can restore a workspace.
- Restoring is currently available on desktop only.
When you restore a workspace, the following comes back:

Click your profile to open Organization Settings.

Click Trash.

On the Trash page, click Restore next to the workspace.

The restored workspace appears at the bottom of the left rail, under Workspaces.

To move the workspace into a section, click the 3 dot icon next to that section and select Manage Section.

Check the box next to the restored workspace.

The workspace appears at the bottom of that section.

To change its position, click the 3 dot icon again, select Reorder workspace, and drag the workspace where you want it.
Related workflow behavior
If the deleted workspace contained workflows referenced by other workflows:
- Referenced cards may appear disabled or italicized while the workspace is deleted
- Linked workflow settings may temporarily appear empty
- Once the workspace is restored, these links will automatically reconnect

From the home screen, tap the workspace you want to delete. In this example, it's the Vendor Management workspace.
- Tap the workspace name at the top of the screen to open Workspace Settings.

At the bottom of the Details screen, tap Advanced Options.

Tap Move Workspace to Trash.

Tap Delete to confirm. The workspace moves to the Organization Trash.
How to restore a deleted workspace
Restoring a workspace is currently available on desktop only. To restore one, follow the steps on the Desktop tab.
