With Sharing Workflows, you can create an install link for any workspace or workspace section. When someone uses that link, they get a copy of your workflow in their own organization.
This is useful for:
- Sharing demo workflows with teammates instead of rebuilding from scratch
- Distributing standardized workflows to other organizations
- Setting up new customers with pre-built templates
What's included when you share
When you create a share link, the following are included:
- Card components (field names and types)
- Subforms
- Templates (internal and external)
- Collection views
- Automations
What's automatically removed
For security, some data is stripped when someone installs your workflow:
- People fields have user IDs removed
- Webhook actions have secret keys and destination URLs removed
Links are live
If you update your source workflow after creating a link, anyone who uses that link will get the updated version. This means changes to the source are automatically reflected in future installs.
