Manage Your Pending Users

When you send an invite to a member, they become a pending user until they accept their invite and log in to Coast. You can see a list of who is still pending and resend an invite or cancel their invite.

Steps to see all your pending users:

Mobile
Desktop
  1. From the home screen, tap your profile icon at the top left corner.
  2. Click on Directory.
  3. Click on Pending.
  4. To resend an invite, click on the 3 dot icon 3_Dot_Icon_30x30.png next to a person's name.
  5. Select Resend Invite to resend an invite.
  6. Select Remove from Business to cancel their invite.
