You can create different types of preventive maintenance checklists to add to any of your repeating work orders. When building out these checklists, your team can choose from a multiple-choice answer, a text answer, or a simple checkbox.
Steps to add a checklist to a repeating work order:

- From the home screen, click into the Preventive Maintenance workspace.
- Click on the top middle

- A menu will appear. Click on Workspace Details.
- Select Templates.
- Click the + icon on the top right corner.
- Give your checklist a name. Click Add a question and select from the following options:
Single select - The person will have to select from a multiple choice question
Text Area - The person will have to answer with text or numbers.
Checkbox - The person will mark off a checkbox. - Continue to click on Add a question to add additional items on your checklist.
- Click Create on the top right once it's completed.
- To use this checklist on a preventive maintenance work order, go back to the Preventive Maintenance workspace, and tap the + button on the bottom right corner. Find and click on the checklist name. At the bottom of the work order, you will see your checklist items. Fill out the work order details as before, choose the repeating schedule, and all future work orders will have this checklist on it.
- On the left hand side, click into the Preventive Maintenance workspace.
- Click on the dropdown arrow button next to New the top right corner

- Select Create New Template.
- Give your checklist a name. Click Add a question and select from the following options:

- Click Create on the top right once it's completed.
- To use this checklist on a preventive maintenance work order, click on the dropdown arrow button again
, find and click on the checklist name. At the bottom of the work order, you will see your checklist items. Fill out the work order details as before, choose the repeating schedule, and all future work orders will have this checklist on it.
