How to create a preventive maintenance work order

You can easily create repeating work orders over any time frequency that you want. This way your team can schedule out important maintenance tasks.

Steps to create a preventive maintenance work orders:

  1. From the home screen, click into the Preventive Maintenance workspace. 
  2. Click on the plus button  plus_primary.png on the bottom right corner.
  3. Enter in your work order information.
  4. To make it repeat, click on Repeating Schedule.
  5. Select Specific Weekdays (Custom), choose the day that you want it to repeat on. 
  6. Then select Single week mceclip0.png. A number mceclip2.pngwill appear and you can adjust it the time frame that you want your work order to repeat on.
  1. On left hand side, click click into the Preventive Maintenance workspace. 
  2. Click on the New button on the top right corner mceclip2.png.
  3. Enter in your work order information.
  4. To make it repeat, click on Repeating Schedule.
  5. Select Specific Weekdays (Custom), choose the day that you want it to repeat on. 
  6. Then select Single week mceclip0.png. A number mceclip1.pngwill appear and you can adjust it the time frame that you want your work order to repeat on.
