Find All the Work Order History on an Asset

For each of your assets in Coast, you can get a complete view of all the work orders you've completed for it. There are two ways you can view this.

Steps to see all the work orders on an asset:

Mobile
Desktop
  1. From the home screen, click into the Asset Management workspace. 
  2. Click on the Asset that you want to see the work orders on.
  3. Scroll down to Referenced In where you'll see the total number of work orders on that asset.

  4. Click on that number to see the complete list of work orders.
  5. Another way you can do this is to filter your work order by the asset you want to see:
    • Go to the Work Order workspace. Tap the 3 dot icon 3_Dot_Icon_30x30.png on the top right corner.
    • Select Asset and choose the asset you want to see work orders for.
  1. On the left hand side, click into the Asset Management workspace. 
  2. Click on the Asset that you want to see the work orders on.
  3. Scroll down to Referenced In where you'll see the total number of work orders on that asset.
