In Coast, you can customize the work order form to fit your needs. By default, the Priority tags are High, Medium, Low, and None. If you like to change it to fit your workflow, you can easily do so.
Steps to update a work order's priority tag:
Mobile
Desktop
- From the home screen, click into the Work Orders workspace.
- Click on the + button on the bottom right corner.
- Tap the None tag in the priority field.
- Click on the gear icon

- Tap the 3 dot icon
next to a tag you want to change.
- Enter the status tag you like and click save.
- On left hand side, click into the Work Orders workspace.
- Click on the New button on the top right corner
- Tap the None tag in the priority field.
- Click on the gear icon

- Tap the 3 dot icon
next to a tag you want to change.
- Enter the status tag you like and click save.
