Once you've created work orders, they will be Open by default. You can update work orders to in progress, on hold, and completed. Additionally, you can attach notes and images as you're working on it.
Steps to update a work order:

- From the home screen, click into the Work Orders workspace.
- Find the work order that you want to update.
- Click on the Update Status button.
- Select from In Progress, On Hold, and Completed.
- If you would like to add notes and additional images, click into the work order.
- Type in any notes in the text area and click the send button to attach it to the work order.
- You can also attach additional pictures by clicking on the Camera button.
- On left hand side, click into the Work Orders workspace.
- Find the work order that you want to update.
- Click on the Update Status button.
- Select from In Progress, On Hold, and Completed.
- If you would like to add notes and additional images, click into the work order.
- Type in any notes in the text area and click the send button to attach it to the work order.
- You can also attach additional pictures by clicking on the Image button.
