How to access reporting for the scheduler

The reports in the Scheduler gives you data such as hours scheduled per day, shifts per day by person, total hours scheduled, and more. Follow the steps below to access the reports.

Steps to access the reports in Coast:

Mobile
Desktop
  1. From the home screen, click into the Scheduler workspace.

    Note - Your Scheduler workspace may have a different name if you have renamed it.
  2. Click on the top middle All Shifts (Calendar)
  3. A menu will appear, click on Workspace Details.
  4. Select Shift Schedule Report.
  5. You can adjust the dates using the filters at the top.

    TIP - Any of these reports can be exported into a CSV file.
  1. On left hand side, click into the Scheduler workspace.

  4. You can adjust the dates using the filters at the top right corner.
