Approve or deny a shift swap

As a owner or manager, you can approve or deny shift swap requests made by your team.

Steps to approve or deny a shift swap: 

Mobile
Desktop
  1. From the home screen, click into the Scheduler workspace.
  2. Tap on the top middle and select Shift Covers List View.
  3. The shifts under Pending Approval are all waiting for you approve or deny.
  4. Click into the shift, select Finalize. You'll have the option to Deny, Approve, Cancel Request, or Reopen.
  1. From the left hand side, click into the Scheduler workspace.
  2. On the top right corner, click on All Shifts (calendar) mceclip1.png   and select Shift Covers List View.
  3. The shifts under Pending Approval are all waiting for you approve or deny.
  4. Click into the shift, select Finalize. You'll have the option to Deny, Approve, Cancel Request, or Reopen.
