New employee? Starting on Coast? Adding a new team member is simple with Coast, and has many different options in the ways in which you can invite new members.
- Tap on the directory icon at the bottom of your screen
- Tap on "Invite Someone"
- Select between "Invite from your Contacts (refer to step 4, skip steps 5-6)," "Invite by Text Message (refer to step 5, skip steps 4 & 6)," or "Invite by Email (refer to step 6, skip steps 4-5)"
- "Invite from your Contacts": tap connect my contacts and select OK when asked access to contacts. From there select those you want to be added from your contacts and tap "Invite" in the upper right-hand corner.
- "Invite by Text Message": After tapping "Invite by text message it will send you to an automated message you can send to staff. At the top type in the member(s) number(s) either from contacts or the number itself. You can edit the text message as you wish. Press send when everyone you want to include in the text invite is added
- "Invite by Email": After tapping "Invite by Email" it will send you to your email application on your mobile with an automated message. Type in the emails in the "To:" section that you want to receive the email. You can edit the message as you desire. Press send once ready to send to members.
