Steps (mobile):
- Open "Shift Swaps"
- Select the shift cover request you would like to take on by either tapping the text on the chat or by going to the task icon on the upper right corner of your screen and selecting the shift cover you want
- Tap "Finalize" and select "Claim for yourself"
- Select "Yes, claim shift"
- Now you wait for your shift cover to be approved by an Admin or Owner
