If your team member has requested a shift cover, you can easily claim that shift.
Steps to cover a shift from another team member:
Mobile
Desktop
- From the home screen, click into the Scheduler workspace.
- Tap on the top middle and select Shift Covers List View.
- The shifts under Open are all available for you to claim.
- Select a shift that you want to claim and click on the Cover Shift button.
- The shift is now pending approval from your team admin.
- From the left hand side, click into the Scheduler workspace.
- On the top right corner, click on All Shifts (calendar)
and select Shift Covers List View. - The shifts under Open are all available for you to claim.
- Select a shift that you want to claim and click on the Cover Shift button.
- The shift is now pending approval from your team admin.
