Description:
If not all your staff is on Coast, or you feel you need to get a message out urgently, Coast allows you to send messages from Coast to your staff’s personal mobile number, ensuring everyone sees it.

Steps (mobile):
- Open the chat that has the members you want to send the SMS message to
- Tap the "+" icon at the bottom left side of your screen
- Select the “Send as Urgent” option
- A pop up will come on your screen, to continue with sending the message select “Got It”
- You now have the option to send the message as urgent through Coast where members will see it’s urgent status in the Coast chat group OR you can send the message as an SMS by @ those who you want to receive the message as an SMS
- NOTE: You could either @all where everyone would receive the message as a text or @ individual members
- Once you have completed writing your message tap the send icon at the bottom right corner of your screen
