Pin a workflow group to the top of your list

You can pin important workspaces to always show at the top of your list every time you open your Coast app.

Note: The pinning feature is device specific. So if you want to show it on both your desktop and mobile, you will have to do it individually on each.

Steps to pin a workspace:

  1. From the home screen, click into the workspace that you want to pin.
  2. Tap the name of the workflow group in the top middle. 
  3. Tap "Workspace Details"
  4. Find "Pin chat to top of the list".
  5. Click on the toggle button switcher.png.
  6. Your workspace is now pinned to the top of your list.

    Note: Pinning a chat group will only affect your own Coast account. A pinned chat group will not show at the top of the list for other members of your account unless they pin it as well.
  1. From the left hand side, click into the workspace that you want to pin.
  2. Click the name of the workspace in the top middle.

  3. Find "Pin chat to top of the list".
  4. Click on the toggle button switcher.png.
  5. Your workspace is now pinned to the top of your list.
