In Coast, you can have groups for just communications with your team. But if you need a way to manage a process in your business like employee scheduling, managing maintenance, and tracking time off requests, you can add a workflow group to your account.
All about workflows
- You can add as many workflows as you want to your account by going to the workflow library.
- Workflow groups have messaging in it as well. To get to the workflow, click into the workflow group and tap the upper right hand corner.
- You can add and remove people to a workflow group as needed.
