Re-add a user to your Coast account

Need to re-add a user that you removed from your business? Follow the steps below.

Steps to re-add a user:

Mobile

  1. From the home screen, tap your profile icon at the top left corner.
  2. Click on Directory.
  3. Click on Deactivated.
  4. Find the member that you want to re-add.
  5. Click the 3 dot icon to the right of their name.
  6. Choose Re-add to Organization.
  7. The user will just have to login using their existing account.
