Create a Repeating Shift

The repeating shift feature is only available on one specific Shift Scheduler. This guide will show you how to add that shift scheduler to your Coast account so you can make a shift repeat daily, on weekdays, weekends, or specific day(s).

 

Steps to create a repeating shift:

Mobile
Desktop
  1. From the home screen, tap on the pencil icon plus_primary__1_.png in the upper right hand corner, click on New Workflow, and scroll down until you see Shift Scheduler. Click Use.
  2. Click on the + button Mobile_Plus_Button_35x35.png on the bottom right corner.
  3. You will now see the option to Repeat. You can repeat daily, on weekdays, on weekends, or on specific weekdays.
  1. From the home screen, tap on the pencil icon Desktop_Pencil_Icon_35x35.png in the upper right hand corner, click on New Workflow, and scroll down until you see Shift Scheduler. Click Use.
  2. Click the New button Desktop_New_Button_93x32.png on the top right corner.
  3. You will now see the option to Repeat. You can repeat daily, on weekdays, on weekends, or on specific weekdays.
  4. To view all your repeating shifts on a weekly and monthly calendar view, close the chat area by clicking the X button in the upper right corner.
