With Coast, you can find all your time tracking information within each and every work order.
Steps to track time spent for a work order:
Mobile
Desktop
- From the home screen, click into the Time Tracking workspace.
- Click on the work order you want to add time tracking to.
- Scroll down to Referenced In where you'll see the total number of cost tracking cards.
- Click on the plus button next to Time Tracking.
- This will lead you to create a new time card. Fill in the details.
- Click Clock In on the top right corner.
- On the left hand side, click into the Work Orders workspace.
- Click on the work order you want to add cost tracking to.
- Scroll down to Referenced In where you'll see the total number of cost tracking cards.
- Click on the plus button next to Cost Tracking.
- This will lead you to create a new time card. Fill in the details.
- Click Clock In on the top right corner.
